Ingredients: For Marinade paste:
- black pepper: 1 tablespoon
- paprika: 1 tablespoon
- cayenne pepper : 1/2 teaspoon
- chipolata pepper: 1/2 teaspoon
- garam masala: 1 tablespoon
- ground cumin: 2 teaspoons
- oregano: 2 teaspoons
- salt: 1 1/4 teaspoons
- 1 garlic clove, minced
- vegetable oil: 3 tablespoons
- lemon juice: 2 tablespoons
- plain yogurt: 2 tablespoons
Ingredients: For Chicken:
chicken pieces: 3 -4 lbs
Directions:
Mix all marinade ingredients together. Coat 3 -4 lbs chicken pieces in marinade paste properly. Marinate for one hour, or up to the overnight in the refrigerator. Grill over medium coals until it is browned. Cook for about 15 minutes each side.
