This chicken BBQ recipe is an Indian style recipe. It is great mainly because of all the herbs and spices used. Very delicious yet healthy recipe.

8 chicken thighs/legs

crushed garlic: 1 clove
crushed ginger: 1/4 cup
crushed large onion
red/green hot chili peppers: a lot of
plain yougurt: 2 cups
lemon juice: 1/4 cup
paprika: 3 teaspoons
Tandoori masala: 5 tbsp
madras curry: 3 teaspoons
optional: 2 tsp MSG and dash of parsely
salt: 5 tsp

Combine all ingredients in a large bowl for marinade. Marinade the chicken for 8 to 24 hours. Grill until its turn brown on both side.
